These terms govern your use of the AlphaWheel app, developed by Viento Apps, and of the app's
sharing pages. By using the app you accept these terms. How your personal data is handled is
described separately in our Privacy Policy.
Using the app
- You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with applicable law and these terms.
- Getting points, jetons or rewards by cheating, and any attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the app or its servers, are not allowed.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you play as a guest, your data is tied to the session on this device.
User content (custom quizzes, room and player names)
With Custom Quiz you can write your own letter-wheel quiz, share its link and, if you wish,
ask for it to be made public. In live rooms you also create content such as room and player
names. You are responsible for the content you create. Content containing any of the
following is not allowed:
- Insults, hate speech, harassment, threats or anything that demeans a person or group.
- Sexual, obscene or violent content.
- Personal information about a real person (such as an address, phone number, school, health details or private life) — unless it is about you or you have their explicit permission.
- Content that glorifies or encourages illegal activity.
- Spam, advertising, misleading content or impersonating someone else.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of others.
You keep ownership of your content. So that we can run the app, you grant Viento Apps a
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and transmit your content in
the app and on its sharing pages. This licence ends when you delete the content.
Quizzes submitted to be public are reviewed before they appear in Explore. A quiz that is not
approved keeps working privately through its link. Inappropriate words may be filtered
automatically.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
- When you open a quiz you can report it from the ⋯ menu in the top corner (insults/hate, sexual content, personal information, spam or other) and block the person who wrote it; quizzes from someone you block won't open on this device again. In live rooms you can also report and mute players.
- We review reports and act on them within a reasonable time (usually within 24 hours). A quiz that receives several reports may be closed automatically until the review is finished.
- We may remove content that breaks these terms without notice, and restrict features of or close accounts responsible for repeated or serious violations.

Jetons and ads
- Jetons are a virtual in-game unit. You earn them by playing, from the daily reward or by watching rewarded ads, and spend them on in-game features (such as power-ups, live rooms and creating custom quizzes).
- Jetons have no real-money value; they cannot be cashed out, transferred or refunded. We may change the jeton price of features.
- The app may show ads. The reward for a rewarded ad is given once the ad has finished and been verified.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (see
Delete Account). Deleting your account also deletes the
custom quizzes you created.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the questions or the quizzes written by
users are accurate, or that the app will run without interruption. To the extent permitted by
law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest update. After a
significant change we ask you to accept the terms again when you create a new custom quiz.
